Privacy Policy
How we protect and handle your personal information.
Last updated: October 9, 2026
Online platforms are key enablers of digital trade. At present, more than a million enterprises trade through online platforms in order to reach their customers, and it is estimated that around 60% of private consumption and 30% of public consumption of goods and services related to the total digital economy are transacted via online intermediaries.
This growing intermediation of transactions through online platforms, combined with strong indirect network effects that can be fuelled by data-driven advantages by the online platforms, leads to an increased dependency of businesses on online platforms as quasi "gatekeepers" to markets and consumers.
INSTANT GLOBAL TRADE is conscious of the dependence of businesses on certain online services, and we also are aware of the difficulties when doing online business, because not every company has a data processing policy that meets all privacy and security requirements to ensure the integrity of business partners.
That is why INSTANT GLOBAL TRADE focuses on safeguarding and protecting your information long before we start making business with you, and offers a transparent and coherent privacy policy to our clients from the very beginning. We believe that if we care about our clients' privacy like our own, we show our willingness to accept our clients' demands and take any decision, making the partnership process smoother and more effective.
This Privacy Policy sets out how we, INSTANT GLOBAL TRADE LIMITED ("IGT"), collect, store and use information about you when you use or interact with our website and platform, and where we otherwise obtain or collect information about you. This Privacy Policy is effective from 12 July 2026.
In today's digital economy, individuals are at the forefront of data generation.
As consumers interact with online platforms, banks, and financial institutions, they produce valuable data that drives business insights and innovations.
The "Business to Me" (B to Me) concept emphasizes the pivotal role of individuals as the true owners of their data, ensuring transparency, control, and personalization in how their information is used.
This section summarises how we obtain, store and use information about you. It is intended to provide a very general overview only.
