Charges and rates
The price you see is the price you pay. Our fees are easy to understand — and most of what you pay along the way is credited against the final success fee.

RWA fee
at signature

1. Platform subscription
Access to IGT works on a flat subscription — from $3.75 per month depending on the plan length. It unlocks the whole platform: publishing projects, applying to partnerships, direct messages, the partnership workspace, electronic contracts and coordinator support.
There are no per-use charges: no commission for publishing a project, no fee per application, message or document. Card payments for the subscription carry no extra processing charge.
2. Partnership fee
Each project states its partnership fee up front, so you know what joining costs before you apply. The amount depends on the type of contract the partnership will use.
The fee is invoiced through the workspace once the contract is fully signed. It is not money lost: if the operation executes successfully, the partnership fee is deducted from the final success fee.
3. RWA fee and success fee
When the contract is signed, each party pays an RWA fee (Ready, Willing and Able) — a payment that expresses the willingness and seriousness of both sides to carry out the contract.
The RWA fee has two components. One part funds the due diligence that IGT performs on the operation and is not refundable. The other part works as a seriousness deposit: if a member fails to comply with the clauses of the contract, that deposit is paid to the compliant member as compensation for the breach.
If both parties perform and the operation completes, the deposit is not lost either — it is credited against the success fee.
The success fee is IGT's main charge, and it is only collected when the contract is executed: 2% of the total contract value as standard, or up to the percentage agreed in the contract. How the success fee is split between the parties is defined in each contract.
4. Bank account verification
Before funds move in an operation, active bank accounts are verified with a simple test: you send $1 from the account to IGT's account, which confirms the account is real, active and able to transact.
Like the other interim payments, the verification dollar is deducted from the success fee — its purpose is verification, not revenue.
5. Currency exchange
Cross-border partnerships often involve more than one currency. Invoices inside a partnership are issued in the project's currency; if you pay from an account held in a different currency, your bank or payment provider applies its own exchange rate and conversion margin.
Those conversion costs are set by your bank, not by IGT — check its rates before large transfers, as the spread between banks can be significant.
6. Third-party costs (not charged by IGT)
For full transparency, these costs may appear in an operation but are never charged by IGT:
- Taxes — each party is responsible for the taxes that apply to its own business and jurisdiction (VAT, withholding, customs duties). Subscription prices are shown as displayed at checkout.
- Intermediary bank charges — international wire transfers may lose a portion to correspondent banks along the way. Ask your bank about its international transfer fees.
- External professional services — notarisation, sworn translations, legal opinions or additional due diligence that the parties choose to contract on their own.
- Escrow — if the parties agree to use an escrow arrangement for the operation, its costs and terms are set in the contract.
How it settles
Everything you pay along the way counts. When the operation executes successfully, the final success fee settles like this:
Success fee — 2% of the contract value, or the percentage agreed in the contract
− Partnership fee already invoiced
− RWA seriousness deposit already paid
− $1 bank verification payment
= Final amount payable on execution
If the operation never executes, the success fee is never charged. The due-diligence portion of the RWA fee is not refundable; on a breach, the seriousness deposit compensates the compliant party.

Important information: The exact fees of each partnership — including the success fee percentage, its split between the parties and the RWA fee amount — are set out in the contract signed by the parties, which prevails over this general description.
