How we work
The same principles we ask of our members, we apply to ourselves.
Remote and international
Our members operate across borders and time zones, and so do we. We work remotely, in English and Spanish, and we design for people who are never all in the same room.
Everything in writing
The platform's core belief — agreements survive when they are written down — is also how we run the team. Decisions are documented, not remembered.
Small team, real ownership
There are no departments to hide in. Whatever you join to do, you will own it end to end and see it in front of members quickly.
Respect for time
We charge members a seriousness deposit for wasting each other's time; internally we hold the same standard. Few meetings, clear asks, honest deadlines.
