Your coordinator
Every partnership can have a coordinator: a person from IGT who accompanies the deal from start to finish. The coordinator is assigned by an administrator, taking into account their specialization, languages, regions and availability.
You see who your coordinator is in the Overview tab of the Workspace.
What the coordinator does
- Contracts: prepares the electronic contract from our templates, or receives a contract text from one of the parties, reviews it and, once approved, incorporates it into the Workspace. Then collects your comments and, if needed, asks for a formal approval before signing.
- Roadmap: builds the official roadmap from both parties' proposals and submits it for your approval.
- Follow-up: keeps an eye on milestones and tasks and helps when something gets stuck.
- Disputes: mediates if a disagreement comes up between the parties.
- Invoices: can see the partnership's invoices and create invoices when needed. The IGT fee invoices (RWA fee and success fee) are handled by an administrator.
What the coordinator does not do
The coordinator does not sign on your behalf, does not decide for either party and does not move money. Decisions about the deal are always yours and your partner's.
Contacting your coordinator
Write in the Messages tab of the Workspace: the coordinator follows the partnership's conversation. For questions about your account or billing, open a support ticket instead.
No coordinator yet?
If your partnership does not show a coordinator yet, one will be assigned. If it is urgent, open a support ticket.
