Where to manage it
Everything is under Subscription in the side menu. There you see your status, change plan, manage your cards and download your invoices.
To learn what access includes and how cheques work, see Subscription and access plans.
Your status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Active Subscription | You have a card subscription. It shows when it renews or, if you cancelled it, when it ends. |
| Cheque Access | Your access comes from a redeemed cheque. It shows until when it is valid. |
| No Active Plan | You have no active access. |
The balance box shows how much credit and how many days you have left.
Plans
There are 1, 3, 6 and 12-month plans. They all give the same full access; longer plans cost less per month. Prices are on the Pricing page.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, using your default card. If you have a promo code, you can enter it when you subscribe.
Changing plan
Click Change plan and choose the new plan:
- To a higher-priced plan: the change is immediate.
- To a lower-priced plan: the change is scheduled for the end of the current period. Until then you keep your plan, and you can undo the change with Cancel change.
Cancelling and resuming
- Click Cancel subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- If you change your mind before that date, click Resume.
Cards
Under Payment methods you can:
- Add a card. Card details are stored securely by Stripe; IGT never sees them.
- Make default the card used for renewals.
- Remove a card. While your subscription is active you cannot remove the default card: mark another one first.
Subscription invoices
Billing history lists every invoice for your subscription, with its amount and status, and you can download each one as a PDF.
These invoices are for the subscription only. IGT fees for a partnership are invoiced separately, in the Workspace. See IGT fees and invoices.
Redeeming a cheque
- Go to My Cheques in the side menu.
- Click Redeem a Cheque.
- Enter the cheque's number and verification code.
A cheque is worth credit. When you enter the verification code, the cheque's value is added to your account as Access Balance, and that credit is equivalent to a set number of days of access to the platform.
- The credit and the days are added to whatever you already have.
- The balance is used up gradually, day by day, until the cheque's days run out.
- Under Subscription you can see your Access Balance: the credit you have left, the total credited and the date it expires.
Before your access runs out
You receive notices when you have only a few days left. If your access ends:
- you cannot send join requests or messages, publish projects or register intermediaries;
- you can still open Subscription, the help center and Help & Support.
When you renew, your access is restored straight away.
Payment problems
If a charge fails, check your card or add another one and make it the default. If your subscription does not show as active after paying, open a support ticket with the date and amount.
